2007 East Coast Circuit Championship

Qualifying Events:

 

American YC Spring Series 1 
American YC Spring Series 2 
Block Island Race Week – North Americans  
American YC Fall Series 1
American YC Fall Series 2 

April 28 - 29
May 5 - 6
June 17 - 22
Sept 22 - 23
Sept 29 - 30

Scoring:

 

Each yachts series score shall be the sum of her finishing positions in her best four events.  The North Americans at Block Island Race Week will be scored twice and count as two events.  Boats that do not compete in a given event will be scored the number of competitors plus two for that event.

Rules:

 

To qualify for scoring owners must be paid-up class members
To qualify for scoring boats must have a 2007 Farr 395 OD Certificate
To qualify for scoring a boat must compete at three qualifying events
For an event to qualify for scoring a minimum of four (4) boats must race
All races at each event will count – no drops

Entry:

 

Boats intending to enter the 2007 East Coast Circuit Championship shall notify Stagg Yachts 7 days prior to the first event. No additional entry fee is required.

Trophy:

 

The winner shall be awarded the 2007 East Coast Circuit Championship Trophy.

General:

 

Block Island Race Week will also serve as the Farr 395 One Design class North American Championship.  While participation in this event is not mandatory to be considered for East Coast Circuit scoring, scoring from that regatta will count double towards the overall circuit championship.
