January 16, 2004) Annapolis, MD - As temperatures drop to the bitter cold range in the northeast portion of the US, sailors across the nation and from across the oceans are heading to Key West, FL to enjoy a week of great sailing. This year's Terra Nova Trading Key West 2004 will also mark the 8th anniversary of the now infamous Farr One Design Turtle Kraals party. While the turtles haven't raced in about a decade, the party is a great kick-off for the sailors who are gearing up to race. One Design crews from the Mumm 30, Farr 36, Farr 395, Farr 40, and CM60 classes will enjoy the camaraderie, rum and great food at Turtle Kraals on Saturday, January 17.

The party started out as a way for class managers Farr International to thank the owners and crews who participate in the various One Design classes. It has grown tremendously and is now generously supported by several marine industry sponsors who provide valuable services to the sailors.
