Annapolis, MD (July 7, 2004) The Rolex Farr One Design Invitational event that was very successfully launched in 2003 has been postponed until November 2005. Both the Mumm 30 and Farr 40 Classes will have their World Championships in North America in September this year, and owners have indicated that they will be focusing on those major events this fall.

Event organizers have set the dates for next year – the regatta will be on November 3-6, 2005 at the Miami Beach Marina. Dock space is reserved for the Mumm 30, Farr 36, Farr 40, and Farr 395 fleets. Boat owners, sailors and event sponsors are all looking forward to another fantastic long weekend of sailing in one of the most popular winter racing venues.
